The election dates for the states of Gujarat & Himachal Pradesh have been announced on October 3rd 2012. HP will have polling on 4rth November, while Gujarat will have two phase polling on 13th & 17th December. If you are wondering why the 45 days gap between HP polling date & Phase one of Gujarat, well only three people would know the answer for this……. God, Congress President and the Congress dirty tricks department.
It’s Obvious that GOD knows everything. The congress president Sonia goes to Rajkot in Gujarat to address a rally on 3rd October 2012 at 11.30AM & the same day evening the election commission at 4PM announces the election dates. Coincidence? Wait. The first phase polling date for Gujarat is December 13th, which again coincidently is the anniversary of Parliament attack. The beauty of the congress dirty tricks department is that they make these look like mere coincidence when one knows very clearly that these are well thought out strategies to keep Narendra Modi in Gujarat. By addressing a rally at 11.30AM on the 3rd of October she & her party ensured that any of her remarks don’t come into the model conduct of the CEC. But these efforts by her dirty tricks department did not bear the desired results as her speech lacked substance & even the pro congress media didn’t find it interesting to play it beyond that day.
The congress knows it very well that Narendra Modi cannot be defeated in Gujarat on congress favorite minority appeasement slogan & hence they have given up the fight there. Then why did CEC to announce such a schedule? Given the congress record for misusing institutions for personal gains, all assumptions are justified. The idea is to delay the inevitable & ensure Modi doesn’t get better numbers than last time , which is 117 & there by restrict him from coming over to Delhi. That’s the congress fears. They wouldn’t mind NDA coming to power with LKA or any other leader but they will never want Narendra Modi to become the PM even once. There are many reasons for this but in my opinion the only reason why congress & the rest of the pseudo secular parties want to keep him away from Delhi is his progressive developmental agenda without appeasing any sections of the society.
In the last 65 years the country’s politics revolved around caste & appeasement to minorities, especially the Muslims who are known to vote for any one outfit barring the BJP. This unfortunately for the left lib seculars doesn’t work in Gujarat which has seen a remarkable change & development in the last decade under Narendra Modi. The political establishment has also noticed that NaMo inspires & draws support from Non BJP cadres / voters too. In times where we see major scams being unearthed under congress ruled states & on center as well only Gujarat & other BJP ruled states are doing well barring a couple of issues. On one hand the country is witnessing scams & misgovernance & on the other hand one state & one man making news for all the right reasons.
In the my blog post “what next”i have raised this topic of how the dirty tricks department of congress with the help of MSM will try to come in the way of NaMo path to Delhi. They know they can’t stop him in Gujarat but by ensuring 70 days of Model code of conduct & election campaign duration they have to some extent succeeded in my opinion. In the current schedule context there will be voter fatigue & that can bring down NaMo’s tally from 145 (which was expected this time) to 115+. If it does come down per my opinion then the MSM will hail this a victory to congress & a blow to Modi. Such is our media & left lib narrative when it comes to BJP & NaMo in specific. In these 70 days the congress & its NGO friends in partnership with the media will relive the 2002 riots & the minority card towards which the selection of date December 13 makes their evil intent complete.
The success of the dirty tricks department will not only depend on the numbers that NaMo gets in Gujarat but also by the BJP in Delhi. It’s a well known fact that some quarters of the BJP in Delhi are not in favor of Modi becoming the BJP candidate for the top post. But the party cadres on the other hand are very clear & vocal in their choice for his candidature. Modi in his Vivekananda Yatra which is ongoing now has sent the right signals & also took the fight right to the door steps of the congress custodians the Gandhi’s by questioning their accountability in public life. It’s an intriguing game of chess from now on, one with an intention to make a much needed change & the other very evil & selfish. From now on it’s over to the dirty tricks which need to be countered & defeated at any cost…………………
